Yes, and if you don’t already have one, we’ll create an account automatically for you at checkout and email you a login and password. We’ve made it super easy for you to access your account to update your shipping address, payment information and even cancel or “paws” your subscription if needed. You can login to your account here.

No. We do not store any financial information on our servers. We use a secure and encrypted payment gateway that takes care of this for us so all your information is always secure and never seen or modified by anyone but you.

Just log into your account and go to My Subscriptions. From there, you’ll be able to pause, cancel, or update your billing, shipping, or payment information.

Easy peasy. Just log into your account, go to My Subscriptions and click “Cancel”. No questions asked! This service is for your convenience! If you decide to return to Subscribe & Save (and we do hope you come back!), simply return to your account, select the subscription and click “Resubscribe”.

Just log into your account and go to My Subscriptions. Then send us a message using the green chat button. Be sure to tell us which Subscription you want to update and what you want to change!

Yes! We’ll send you an email 24 hours before your subscription renews so you’ll always know when your card will be charged and when your order will arrive.

Your order is processed the day you place your order and will renew automatically depending on the subscription length that you choose. It will always renew on the same day of the month your order was placed (ex. a subscription with 1-month frequency placed on January 10th will renew on February 10th).

It may be due to incorrect or expired credit card information. No worries. It happens. Check your credit card information and update your account. If that doesn’t work, send us an email.
